The HOA-NC Directory is the only statewide comprehensive listing of homeowner associations and your best source for association contact information. Access to the HOA-NC Diriectory is free to all site visitors that are registered and logged in.

On-Line Covenants
HOA-NC offers a Support Membership that allows free upload/download of Restrictive Covenants. Since Covenants are public documents, they can be uploaded by any board member, management company, or builder/developer.

Use HOA-NC as a resource to help educate first time homebuyers and others about living in a covenant restricted community.
